Organic food
is produced using farming systems that don’t rely on synthetic fertilisers,
pesticides or genetic modification. This results in foods that contain a higher
level of vitamins and nutrients, which some people say also taste better. Most of us know
that going organic is better for the environment and good for our health.
Organic alternatives are available for everything from meat and dairy products

You can have it both ways.
