25 Healthy Snack Ideas

This is a topic that I frequently get asked  from my clients. Like everything, food preparation is the key to healthy eating. Choosing healthier snacks can be integral to weight loss. Some can even help keep you full throughout the day and limit your cravings for unhealthy foods. Experiment with what works best for you with my snack ideas below.
