8 Breakfast Ideas

Breakfast is such an important part of your morning ritual; it sets the mood for the rest of your day and gives your body the nutrients it needs. Start your day right with these easy and healthy breakfast ideas.

  1. Fruity oat smoothie - Whiz together 30g porridge oats, ½ cup water, 1 small banana, 100g mixed frozen berries and 2 tablespoons natural Greek yoghurt in a blender. (serves 1) 
  2. Apple & cinnamon porridge - Make up 30g porridge with low-fat milk & water to your desired consistency. Before serving, stir in 1 grated apple and 1 tbsp raisins, and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon. (serves 1) 
  3. Chia seed & fruit delight
  4. Apricot, cranberry & coconut balls
  5. Avocado, feta & mushrooms on toast
  6.  Spinach & mushroom egg muffins
  7. Banana & yogurt bread
  8. Apple & oat power bars
