8 Breakfast Ideas
Breakfast is such an important part of your morning ritual; it sets the mood for the rest of your day and gives your body the nutrients it needs. Start your day right with these easy and healthy breakfast ideas.
- Fruity oat smoothie - Whiz together 30g porridge oats, ½ cup
water, 1 small banana, 100g mixed frozen berries and 2 tablespoons natural Greek
yoghurt in a blender. (serves 1)
- Apple & cinnamon porridge - Make up 30g porridge with
low-fat milk & water to your desired consistency. Before serving, stir in 1
grated apple and 1 tbsp raisins, and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon. (serves 1)
- Chia seed & fruit delight
- Apricot, cranberry & coconut balls
- Avocado, feta & mushrooms on toast
- Spinach & mushroom egg muffins
- Banana & yogurt bread
- Apple & oat power bars
